              NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000555, of the Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit in and for ESCAMBIA County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and TADESSA N. HAM, EUGENE D. Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 31 West, Escambia County, Florida thence go South 89 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds East along the South line of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 11 for a distance of 100.41 feet to a point of beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds East along the said South line for a distance of 50.21 feet; thence departing said South line of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 11 go South 00 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds West for a distance of 143.00 feet to a point of intersection with the North right of way line of Woodland Street (60' R/W); thence go North 89 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds West along said North of right of way line of Woodland Street for a distance of 50.21 feet; thence departing said North right of way line go North 00 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds East for a distance of 143.00 feet to the point of beginning. The above described Parcel of land is situated in a portion of Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 31 West, Escambia County, Florida and contains 0.16 acres more of less. Subject to a 15 foot wide private drainage easement along North property line of Parcel and a 5 foot wide private drainage easement along the East and West property lines of Parcel.

LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION.  Notice is hereby given that Petitioner, AQUANAUT TOWING & SALVAGE, INC. (“AQUANAUT”), as owner of the 2005 26’ TWIN VEE (hull identification number TVG26388A505) (the “Vessel”), has filed a Complaint pursuant to Title 46, United States Code, Section 30501-30512, claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for any and all claims allegedly resulting from property damage, personal injuries or death which occurred on or about June 6, 2015 on the navigable waters of the United States in Destin, Okaloosa County, Florida as more fully set forth in the Complaint.  Any and all persons or corporations claiming damage for any and all losses, destruction or damage arising from, or relating to, the matters set forth in the Complaint shall file their claims with the Clerk, United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Pensacola Division, 1 N. Palafox St. #226, Pensacola, FL 32502, and serve on or mail to the Petitioner’s attorneys, Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, LLP, 100 S.
