NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated April 17, 2017, and was recorded May 3, 2017, in the Official Records of Escambia County, Florida as Instrument #2017032790 of the Public Records of Escambia County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at HOLIDAY BEACH RESORT-SOUNDSIDE Manager’s Office, 19 Via De Luna, Pensacola Beach, FL  32561 on the 7th day of August, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. local time, the following described real property located in Escambia County, Florida, to-wit:
