City of Pensacola redevelops mobile app

The newly updated Pensacola app allows users to connect quickly with local information and utilize innovative new features. 

The City of Pensacola is excited to announce yet another important step to bringing engagement with its citizens through technology and transparency to city government. 

The City of Pensacola already employs the 311 app for non-emergency issues and service requests. Meanwhile, City officials continue to look for additional ways residents and visitors can interact with local government. 

The City of Pensacola introduces a companion to the City's 311 app and mobile-friendly website - a new, free, and easy-to-use mobile app is available for public use on both Apple and Android devices. Simply search Pensacola in your device's app store and download the app to get started.

Be sure to download the newest version of the app. The older version is still available but is not updated or maintained.

This new app takes technology and customer service to the next level by providing quick access to the city’s most popular content. Several new features have also been implemented. One significant new feature of the Pensacola app is the City of Pensacola parking map. The parking map app accesses downtown Pensacola parking and identifies available parking areas. Other app features include: 

• direct payment for utilities
• information on downtown amenities
• quick access to the city calendar
• links to the city’s social media
• access to job opportunities
• full staff directory 
• ability to sign up for city notifications
