Twelve (12) foot alleyway between lots 9-16 and the portion of the alleyway adjacent to Lots 17 and 18, in Block 57 of Beach Haven Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in DB 46, Page 51 of the Public Records of Escambia County, Florida
and surrendered, renounced and disclaimed any right of Escambia County, Florida and the public in and to the aforesaid property.
