Escambia County, Florida is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to solicit applications for programs that address the strategies outlined in the Escambia County’s HOME Consortium Allocation Plan.  A pre-solicitation meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 21st at 2:30PM via Teams.  Attendance is not mandatory. 

 

Specifications may be obtained by reviewing the “Escambia-Consortium-HOME-ARP-Allocation-NOFA-V1.0_Final-8.25.26” document on the Escambia County Real Change site at https://myescambia.com/open-government/boards-committees/opioid-abatement-funding-advisory-board.. For applications to be considered, they must: meet all the applicant eligibility, be an eligible activity, meet all Federal and State requirements, participate in our Homeless Continuum of Care and Behavioral health systems, meet the minimum requirements, and must submit application by the stated deadline. Any application that does not meet the above requirements will not be considered. Escambia County reserves the right to reject any or all applications.
