FONSZ Property, LLC is seeking this order in reference to FDEP Site ID # COM_65351 Forest Oaks Plaza site located at 5007 North Davis Highway, Pensacola, Florida 32503 and intends to restrict exposure to contamination in the following manner: groundwater and stormwater use restrictions.
