    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County, Florida at a public hearing to be held on July 14, 2022, at 9:01 a.m. in the BCC Meeting Room, Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, 221 Palafox Place, First Floor, to consider the adoption of the following ordinance:

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, CREATING SECTION 102-80 OF VOLUME 1, CHAPTER 102, ARTICLE V, OF THE ESCAMBIA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, ESTABLISHING THE ESCAMBIA COUNTY MEMORIAL REEFS PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
