PSC announces proposed lab fee change for Humanities and Social
Sciences program

 

Pensacola State College announces a proposed lab fee increase for students enrolled in the Humanities and Social Sciences Department’s First Aid and Injuries course.

 

The fee for HSC 2400 (First Aid and Injuries) is proposed to increase to $38 from $35. The American Red Cross increased the cost of its CPR certifications to $38 in January.

 

The fee increase will offset the increased cost of the CPR certifications from the American Red Cross, said PSC administrators.

 

The College’s District Board of Trustees will vote on the fee change at the 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, meeting on the Pensacola campus. If approved by the Board of Trustees, the new fees will take effect for the Fall 2024 Semester.
